1. Cancellations by You

- More than 48 hours before the tour date: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Between 24 to 48 hours before the tour date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking price.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour date or no show: No refund will be issued.
2. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to modify your booking (such as changing the tour date or the number of participants), please notify us at least 48 hours before the tour date. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds will not be given for changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled tour.
3. Cancellations by Us
In certain situations, we may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational challenges, or force majeure events. If we cancel the tour, we will provide one of the following options:
- Reschedule the tour to a later date that is convenient for you.
- Full refund of the booking price, if rescheduling is not possible.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are considered non-refundable:
- Add-on services such as meals, pickup/drop-off, or additional activities booked along with the tour, unless canceled by us.
- Any government fees or entrance tickets purchased in advance on your behalf as part of the tour package.
5. Partial Services and Missed Tours
If you miss part of the tour due to late arrival or failure to comply with instructions (such as meeting at the designated pickup point), no refund will be issued for the missed portion. Additionally, no refunds are given if you voluntarily choose to leave the tour early.
6. Gift Vouchers and Coupons
Gift vouchers and promotional coupons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If a tour is booked using a voucher or coupon, cancellations will not result in a refund, though we may provide options for rescheduling, depending on the circumstances.
7. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of personal emergencies or unforeseen situations that prevent you from participating in the tour (e.g., medical emergencies or family issues), please contact us directly. While we adhere to our standard refund policy, we may review exceptional cases on a discretionary basis.
