The complete evening desert safari experience lasts approximately 6 hours. Pickup typically starts around 3:00-3:30 PM and you'll be dropped back at your hotel by 9:30-10:00 PM. This includes 45 minutes of pickup time, 45 minutes of thrilling dune bashing, sunset photography, 2-3 hours at the desert camp with dinner and entertainment, and return journey.

Dune bashing is safe for most people, but it's quite thrilling with sudden movements. The minimum recommended age is 3 years. It's not suitable for pregnant women, people with severe back problems, heart conditions, or recent surgeries. Elderly guests in good health can participate, but we recommend informing the driver if you prefer a gentler ride. Our drivers are professionally trained and licensed with years of desert driving experience.

Yes! Our buffet includes extensive vegetarian options including salads, grilled vegetables, hummus, Arabic rice, breads, and more. We also accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements—just inform us when booking. All food items are clearly labeled. For special allergies or strict dietary needs, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can make proper arrangements.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting cotton clothes. Closed-toe shoes or sandals with back straps are recommended (avoid flip-flops for dune activities). During cooler months (November-March), bring a light jacket as desert temperatures drop in the evening. Dress modestly respecting local culture—avoid overly revealing clothing. Don't wear expensive jewelry or white clothing (desert sand is everywhere!). Sunglasses and a hat are essential for the afternoon portion.

However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled safari with a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour time are non-refundable, but you can reschedule for another date subject to availability. No-shows are non-refundable. In rare cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances that force us to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Your safety is our priority.
