How booking works

Confirm availability & details
We check availability for your date and confirm pickup location, timing, and any add-ons (buggy, quad bike, extended camel ride, etc.).
Payment
Payment details are confirmed directly with the team once your booking is set.
Pickup on the day
A vehicle collects you from your confirmed hotel or meeting point at the agreed time.

What to wear & what to bring
What to wear
Loose, breathable clothing, and closed shoes or sandals with a back strap for walking on sand. Bring a light layer — desert evenings cool down quickly, even in summer.
What to bring
Sunglasses, sunscreen, a phone or camera, water, and a light jacket for the evening. Cash if you plan to tip your driver or camp staff.
What to expect on the day
Have your hotel name and room confirmation ready — it helps the driver locate you quickly at pickup. If your pickup point changes on the day (a different hotel, a nearby landmark), let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp so the route can be adjusted.
Dune bashing involves sharp turns and drops at speed — if you’re prone to motion sickness, consider our safari without dune bashing instead. If you have a specific health condition and are unsure whether dune bashing is suitable, check with your doctor before booking — we’re not able to give medical advice on individual suitability.
Weather in the desert can shift day to day. If conditions on your date make the standard route unsafe, your driver will adjust the plan — this is a normal part of desert touring, not a sign anything’s gone wrong.

Message us as early as you can once your travel dates are set, especially around peak season (October–April) and holidays, when availability fills faster.
Can I change my package after booking?
